Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our hands (Milo will already miss you).

Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we're exploring — Milo's sadness knows no borders. Sign up for our email list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Milo is surface washable only. Use a damp cloth with mild soap and gently blot any spots. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, or iron. Allow to air dry completely. Milo may look sad but he'd rather be clean about it.

Yes! Milo is designed and tested to be safe for ages 3 and up. He has no small parts, no sharp edges, and meets all applicable US toy safety standards. That said, always supervise young children during play.

Milo stands approximately 12 inches tall — big enough to hug properly, small enough to fit in a bag for emotional support on the go. He comes in one size because he is perfect exactly as he is.
